Tony Fabris

Tony Fabris began playing guitar in his early teen years, starting off as a fan of 1980's era progressive rock bands. After doing some work in a blues-rock cover tunes band, music took a back seat to a career and family life.

Having been a fan of science fiction and fantasy all his life, his introduction to Filk music in 2000 was destiny. His long time friends Jeff and Maya Bohnhoff took him to the Consonance filk music convention that year, where he first began performing his sci-fi and computer-related parodies of classic rock songs on the acoustic guitar.

Tony currently resides in Seattle, where he is producing and providing instrumentation for Michelle Dockrey's second album. The album will include a full studio version of the ever-popular "Mal's Song", a medley of the Firefly television series theme song with verses written by Michelle.
